• Drinks and meals are served, we look after everything.  

• The boat is a 45 footer and you will be the only passengers on board.

• All meals 

  The cuisine is French with some West Indies and tropical specialties.  Here are some typical dinners:

   

  • Seafood vol-au-vent (puff pastry smothered with shrimp in a béchamel sauce);
  • Roasted leg of lamb with flageolets;
  • Baked ham;
  • Roasted turkey;
  • Pork tender loin à la québécoise (marinated baked tenderloins, served with a maple syrup sauce);
  • Duck confit (a South Western France specialty);
  • Catch of the day;  
  • Crêpes with ham and cheese;

  The menu will vary with the market availability and will be adapted to your preferences.  Wines are generally AOC with some country wines.  The table will be a happy place and you will probably be hungry after snorkeling and swimming.  Bon appétit!

• Wines 

  • wine are generally French AOC (Apellation d'Origine Controlée) with some vins de pays;  

• Drinks 

  • juices, beer, sodas, apérifs, cocktails, digestifs (after dinner drinks);

• Fuels 

  • diesel, gasoline for the dinghy and cooking gas. 

Not included:

• Transfers from the airport to the boat; 

  •  at Union a taxi is not needed as the airport is only a 100 yards from the dock.

• Clearance and customs taxes; 

  • Some $50 at St Lucia;
  • about $100 for St Vincent;
  • and $60 for Grenada;

• Mooring, marine park or marina fees

  • Since 2007 there is a charge for the Tobago Cays marine park. It was $10EC per person per day at our last visit.
  • At Mustique mandatory moorings are about $60EC.
