You are communicating directly with the crew.  We answer all request as rapidly as possible, usually the next day. If we are at sea it is possible for the reply to be delayed a few days as we do not have on board access to the Internet.  If after a week you have had no answer it is probable your e-mail address was in error or your message was lost somehow.  Please be kind and resend it double checking your e-mail address.
